Medlink Healthcare Group (MHG) Pte Ltd, established in 2017, provides Medical Training Courses, Emergency and Non-Emergency Patient Transport, Ambulance Services, Industrial Emergency Coverage and Event Coverage, aiming to enhance healthcare quality affordably.

Job Summary

We seek a hands-on operational leader to manage Medical Services operations, ensuring efficient manpower deployment, cost control, service delivery, and continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead sizeable frontline, field-based, or shift-based operations to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and execute manpower planning, rostering, and workforce optimisation strategies to maximise efficiency.
• Manage operational costs and control overtime to meet budget targets.
• Supervise and coach supervisors and frontline teams to enhance performance and accountability.
• Establish, monitor, and analyse operational KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and operational audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Make decisions grounded in operational data, evidence, and financial considerations.
• Take ownership of operational issues and lead them through to resolution.
• Balance operational discipline with effective people management to maintain team engagement.
• Engage directly with crews, inspect vehicles, challenge inefficient practices, and hold supervisors accountable to maintain high standards.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations management experience in frontline, field-based, or 24/7 environments.
• Experience in healthcare, ambulance/emergency services, logistics, transport, security, facilities management, aviation, or other manpower-intensive 24/7 operations.
• Proven skills in manpower planning, rostering, and workforce optimisation.
• Strong experience in operational cost control, budgeting, and resource utilisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead supervisors and frontline teams, including performance management and accountability.
• Proficient in analysing data to identify inefficiencies and drive operational improvements.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, ensuring SOP compliance, and conducting ground-level inspections and audits.
• Hands-on, results-oriented approach with strong ownership and collaboration with frontline teams and management.
