Manager, Operations (Controls Solution - Manufacturing)

• Base pay up to $7000 - $9000

• Office Location: West

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operational Planning: Involve in the departmental plans, budgets and priorities to address resource allocation and operational challenges effectively.
• Performance Management: Responsible with on-ground team performance appraisals, recruitment and training processes, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate business processes and achieve strategic operational goals.

Key Success for This Role:

• Familiar with Control Solutions manufacturing / Vessel Engineering manufacturing field related.
• Proven leadership management in leading a team of engineers and technicians.
