Affiliate Marketing Specialist (North America & Europe)

Roles & Responsibilities

The role is offered on a 2-year contract basis, with the possibility of contract renewal or conversion to a permanent position.

Job Descriptions:

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with mainstream affiliate platforms such as CJ, Levanta, Partnerboost, Archer, Wayward, Impact, Awin, Webgains, Vergleich, etc. Conduct daily operation and maintenance, develop and implement joint marketing plans, align with e-commerce goals of the brand’s official website, and continuously optimize partnership performance.
• Deeply develop the European and American markets, research market trends, source and manage high-quality affiliate partners including forum moderators and overseas influencers and expand the brand’s global influence.
• Be responsible for user growth strategies, effectively expand the company’s user base through channels including websites, EDM (email marketing), web push notifications, and APP push notifications.
• Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Plan and implement affiliate marketing activities, design and promote joint promotions, advertising placements, and discount campaigns on affiliate platforms to ensure smooth launch. Conduct data monitoring and optimization, adjust strategies based on data analysis, improve conversion rate and ROI, achieve sales and traffic targets, and ensure sustained growth in platform operational performance.
• Market research and analysis: Conduct regular market research, track industry trends and changes in consumer behavior, understand market demand, collect competitive intelligence, and provide data support and market insights for the company.
• Cross-departmental coordination and support: Work closely with marketing, product, design, customer service and other teams to ensure smooth resource

Job Requirements:

• Min 4 years of relevant working experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in Europe and US markets will be added advantage
