Roles & Responsibilities

Industry: MNC – Industrial Sealing Products (Semicon)
Salary: $4000-$4700 (Farming role, no commission)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Goldhill Plaza, Singapore – 7 minutes’ walk from Novena MRT

Job Highlights

• Mainly serving semiconductor and equipment manufacturers
• Farming role with focus on maintaining and growing existing customer accounts
• Japanese-speaking ability is required for business communication

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor and equipment manufacturers through regular customer visits and follow-ups.
• Manage existing customer accounts and understand their requirements, projects, and future business needs.
• Recommend suitable sealing products and technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, sales forecasts, customer requirements, and inventory matters.
• Monitor market trends, customer activities, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Work closely with teams in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and the US to support customer requirements.
• Support sales and marketing activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Travel within Singapore and Southeast Asia when required.

Requirements

• Japanese-speaking ability for business communication.
• Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
