The Role

• Be a part of the Nursing team in our hospitals - Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard), Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Parkway East Hospital.

Key accountabilities

• Receive and assess post-anaesthesia patients.
• Monitor airway, breathing, vital signs and consciousness.
• Manage pain, nausea/vomiting and post-op complications.
• Give medications and IV therapy as ordered.
• Monitor wounds, drains and IV lines.
• Escalate deterioration and assist in emergencies.
• Provide safe handover to the ward/next care team.
• Document nursing care accurately.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
