What You'll Be Doing
🚀 Workforce Planning
- Support manpower planning and headcount tracking across business units.
- Monitor vacancies, hiring needs, and workforce movements.
- Assist in maintaining establishment structures and approved manpower levels.
📊 People Analytics
- Analyse workforce data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Support workforce forecasting and budgeting exercises.
🏢 Business & Organisation Insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Participate in organisational development and workforce optimisation projects.
- Gain exposure to how HR supports business growth and transformation.
💡 Project Work
- Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance workforce planning and HR operations.
- Assist with other HR and people-related projects as assigned.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Knowledge of workforce planning or manpower planning concepts
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or data visualisation tools
- Interest in HR Analytics, Organisational Development, or HR Business Partnering
