Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans in accordance with the centre’s vision and mission
- Update teaching materials and practice questions for students
- Teach English to primary and secondary level international school students
- Maintain regular communication with parents on academic performance and progress of students
- Moderate safety and hygiene in the classroom
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree from relevant field
- Experience in teaching student in primary or secondary level
- Love teaching and be able to motivate students
- Conduct lessons in an easy-to-understand way
- Confident in handling small class size of up to 6 students at one time
- Familiar with the Singapore education system and exams (AEIS, PSLE, O-Level, A-Level etc.)
- Familiar with the international school education system and exams is a plus
- Able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries from Mandarin speaking parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with other teachers
- Able to work on weekend is a must
