AGV Field Implementation Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on AGV Field Implementation Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, testing, and implementation of AGV and warehouse automation projects.

No prior AGV experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in automation, robotics, warehouse systems, and engineering. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience who are willing to learn and develop their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of AGV and warehouse automation systems at customer sites.
• Work with the project team to ensure equipment is installed and operating according to project requirements.
• Assist with system testing and troubleshooting when issues occur during installation or operation.
• Communicate with customers on-site and provide basic technical support when required.
• Work closely with Project Managers, software and hardware engineers, and other teams to resolve project issues.
• Record project progress, testing results, issues, and solutions in basic project documentation.
• Learn and understand AGV systems, warehouse automation equipment, and related technologies.
• Support other project and engineering activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Logistics Equipment, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience with AGV, AMR, AS/RS, warehouse automation, or robotics is an advantage but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is preferred.
• Able to use basic tools and equipment and willing to perform hands-on work.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English, as the role involves working with Chinese- and English-speaking customers and project teams.
