Pickleball / Tennis Coach

Performance Racquet Academy is proud to be Singapore's leading racquet-sports club — started off as Performance Pickleball, best known for our top-tier pickleball programs, expert coaching team, vibrant community. We are looking for tennis and/or pickleball coaches to join our team!

We are currently expanding our coaching team and welcome applications from passionate coaches around the world. The role is based on-site in Singapore, and we are open to candidates of all nationalities.

As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring on more full-time coaches who can contribute to our vision and culture. We take tremendous pride in the quality of our coaching. Beyond technical skill or credentials, what matters just as much to us is character, attitude, and the ability to uplift the people around you.

We are a high-performance club, but also a community that lives and breathes racquet sports with passion, energy, and connection. We want coaches who not only understand the game deeply, but who can also connect with players, create a positive environment, and bring enthusiasm to every session.

No matter your current coaching or playing level, our team is here to support and mentor you — but we also value initiative, independence, and a growth mindset. We're looking for self-starters who thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited to grow with us.
