Patient Service Associate (Start ASAP, 1 year, East, Customer Service) #HJY

Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Marine Parade, Pasir Ris, Punggol
Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: $2500

Working days and hours:
44 hours per work week

Weekday:
- 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday)
- Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor – Certain day might be 6.45am but quite rare

Every Sat:
- 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat)
- Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor

Job Description:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster.
- Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Job Requirements:
- Min N/O/A Levels/Diploma in any field
- No exp. needed, training will be provided
- Must be ok to start as early as 7am on certain days.
