Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hair salon and ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the salon team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming and work discipline.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Drive sales performance and promote salon services, packages and products.
• Monitor daily sales, appointments and outlet performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness and salon hygiene.
• Manage staff schedules, manpower allocation and daily work arrangements.
• Coach and train staff on customer service, sales and salon procedures.
• Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient stock of salon products and supplies.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and service standards are followed.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance and outlet operations.
• Perform other duties related to salon operations as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hair salon, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hair salon operations and services.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Able to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, responsible and proactive.
• Able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the salon schedule.
• Hairdressing experience or professional hair qualifications will be an added advantage.
