Regional Marketing Director - Strategy - Fintech
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy regionally.
- Lead digital, performance, brand, content and social media marketing activities.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events and partnerships.
- Manage SEO, SEM, paid advertising, website and social media initiatives.
- Develop content and campaigns to strengthen brand and market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budget, agencies, KOLs and external partners.
- Track key marketing metrics including customer acquisition, conversion and ROI.
- Work closely with Business, Product, Compliance and regional teams to support business growth.
- Lead and develop the Singapore marketing team.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with MAS and internal regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience and leading.
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, brokerage, banking, investment or technology preferred.
- Strong background in digital/performance marketing and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing a team and marketing budget.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market.
- Financial markets or investment knowledge is an advantage.
