Senior M&E & Senior Fire Safety Manager (Commercial Building) - RPAN

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior M&E & Senior Fire Safety Manager to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

The Senior M&E & Senior Fire Safety Manager's responsible is:

• Lead and supervise the M&E team to ensure smooth and reliable building operations.
• Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lifts, generators and other building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring works are completed safely and within required timelines.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including maintenance works, tenders and service contracts.
• Oversee tenant fit-out works, ad-hoc projects and improvement initiatives for the building.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, utilities consumption and sustainability initiatives, including Green Mark requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards and audit requirements.

Requirement

• Senior Fire Safety Manager certification is required.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years' relevant experience, or Diploma with 5–8 years' relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments (non-retail).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
