Roles & Responsibilities

• Up to $7,500 basic + Bonus/ Permanent role/ 5 workdays.
• Construction Building project at Central area.
• Having Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is mandatory.

Our client is a reputable MNC and leading A1 Main Contractor specialised in construction projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver Training: Develop and conduct EHS/WSH training, site inductions, toolbox meetings, and specialized safety modules for all personnel.

• Ensure Compliance: Design and update training materials and assessments to meet MOM regulations and the WSH Act.

• Manage Records: Maintain accurate training matrices, attendance, and competency logs.

• Identify Gaps: Collaborate with management to find training gaps via site walks and incident analysis.

• Promote Safety: Drive safety campaigns, emergency drills, and awareness activities.

• Apply Lessons Learned: Assist in incident investigations and integrate findings into future training.

Job Requirements

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH Level 3) or equivalent.

• Trainer Qualification: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is mandatory.
