Now Hiring: PrimaDéli Service Crew

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team at PrimaDéli. If you are passionate about food, customer service, and want to be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: PrimaDéli Service Crew

Location: Bukit Panjang Plaza

Industry: Food Retail (Waffles, Bread, and Deli Items)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers with a smile and ensure excellent service

• Prepare and sell fresh waffles and bread products

• Assist customers in placing orders for cakes, collection of cakes and product recommendation

• Cleaning of trays, utensils, tongs, display cases, etc to uphold hygiene standards

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, attractiveness of product displays & ensure products neatly arranged and properly labelled.

• Assist in daily, stock-taking inventory replenishment, and inventory management

• Handle cash and process payments accurately

• Clean the shop by end of the business day to prepare for the next day

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Working Hours:

• Full/Part-time position available

• Able to work on weekends and holidays if needed

Qualifications:

• SG/PR/LTVP

• No experience necessary, but customer service experience is a plus

• Must have a positive attitude and a passion for food and customer service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
