Roles & Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Project Management
- Lead and supervise Project Coordinators in delivering end-to-end gas installation projects from design through commissioning.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate submissions, amendments, and approvals of gas installation drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance & Plan Approval
- Support technical plan assessment and approval activities.
- Review engineering submissions against regulatory and technical standards.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance and approval matters.
- Develop expertise in regulatory frameworks and approval processes.
Contractor Performance Management
- Administer contractor incentive and penalty frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze contractor performance.
- Drive service improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and collaboration with operational teams.
Systems &Process Improvement
- Support business improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Lead UAT, system enhancements, and implementation projects.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
What we are looking for:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, utilities, gas or infrastructure-related industries.
Good knowledge of gas installation, technical drawings and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
