Interior Designer (Mixed-Use / Retai)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and supporting visual materials, including mood and sample boards, for assigned projects.
• Produce detailed drawing packages and written specifications from concept through detailed design stages, including SD/DD documentation.
• Collaborate with design and drafting teams to develop creative solutions, monitor drawing production, and guide team members.
• Prepare and lead client presentations, attend project meetings, and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Support projects across Asia-Pacific, ensuring design ideas are developed and delivered in line with project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Min Degree in Interior Design or equivalent, with strong knowledge of interior architecture.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a large-scale, multi-disciplinary design firm.
• Strong skills in space planning, conceptual design, sketching, technical coordination, and drawing production, with the ability to present independently to clients.
• Creative and collaborative team player with experience in guiding or developing design teams and supporting junior team members.
