Job Summary
You will deliver quality food and beverages while maintaining store cleanliness and following health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and courteous customer service to all customers, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products following health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures, including accurate cash handling and store cleanliness
- Maintain efficiency and focus while working under high pressure and fast-paced conditions
- Create a warm and friendly atmosphere by engaging customers with positive energy and spirit
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English to assist customers and team members
- Accept and apply customer feedback constructively to improve service quality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not required
- Outgoing and bubbly personality to enhance customer interactions
- Ability to start work immediately is preferred
