Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Supervise shifts and team members to ensure excellent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operating standards in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to maintain operational efficiency
• Deploy team members based on business volume and operational needs to optimize productivity
• Maintain high standards of guest service by ensuring order accuracy and timely service delivery
• Ensure food preparation, holding, portioning, and presentation meet quality and safety standards
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety throughout shifts to comply with regulations
• Support opening and closing procedures by completing shift checklists accurately
• Coach team members by providing on-the-job guidance and constructive feedback to improve performance
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration into the team
• Monitor stock levels, product availability, and wastage to support inventory control
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate significant issues to management promptly
• Complete shift records, reports, and operational checks to maintain accurate documentation
• Support front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow
• Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and Singapore laws and regulations consistently
