Key Responsibilities

* Identify, source, and assess potential candidates based on hiring requirements.

* Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection procedures.

* Develop job descriptions and prepare interview questions.

* Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and hiring activities.

* Lead discussions with departments on *quarterly and annual manpower and hiring needs*.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

* Actively participate in Human Resource activities related to *hiring, candidate management, and talent acquisition*.

* Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Recruitment or HR experience is an advantage, but Training provided.

* Open to professionals, students, fresh graduates, and individuals seeking flexible work opportunities.
