Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement revenue-maximizing strategies to increase restaurant profitability
- Manage manpower schedules and coordinate staff training to improve team performance and customer service quality
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise food, beverage, and labor cost controls to ensure adherence to budget limits
- Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards according to company guidelines
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning aligned with company policies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Communicate fluently in English to effectively interact with team members and guests
- Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude to adapt and develop within the role
- Apply strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment
