Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers. Work with HRBP on offering comp proposals.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure data accuracy in Workday.
• Support recruitment compliance processes.
• Assist with high-volume hiring, including blue-collar recruitment activities where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) administrative and coordination activities.
• Preferably have both experience handling blue collars hirings and technical positions (need direct sourcing skills).
• Familiarity with Workday is good to have

Additional Information:

• Salary – Up to S$7K per month + 1-month bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract, maternity coverage
• Commencement Date: October 2026
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, 2 days WFH
• Location: Corporation Place, Lakeside MRT (Pick Up at Lakeside and JE MRT)
