Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibility

Knowledge / experience in HVAC / Air-conditioning & Electrical is a must.

Perform tasks according to schedule, procedure and standards.

Monitor the condition of equipment during operation.

Respond to equipment breakdown immediately and resolve the situation.

Report maintenance performance in achieving targets as well as maintenance activity.

Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting maintenance tasks.

Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance.

To carry out any other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

Perform Installation for all types of residential & commercial aircon systems

Perform servicing and chemical overhaul

Perform trouble shooting, repair and general maintenance

Preferred Chinese

At least 3 years experience in this field

advantage if having SG driving lisence.
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends

Competitive salary 3k and above
