Experienced Basketball Coach

SG Basketball is looking for an experienced and passionate Basketball Coach to join our coaching team in Singapore.

We are looking for a motivated coach who can deliver high-quality basketball training, develop players of different ages and abilities, and contribute positively to our club culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and structured basketball training sessions.
• Develop players' technical skills, basketball IQ, physical abilities and confidence.
• Coach players across different age groups and skill levels.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to players.
• Support teams during games, competitions and basketball events.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and contribute to the overall development of the club.
• Maintain a positive, professional and inclusive training environment.
• Communicate effectively with players and parents when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching basketball, preferably in a professional, academy or club environment.
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, tactics and player development.
• Experience working with youth players is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver structured training programmes.
• Passion for developing players and helping them reach their potential.
• Reliable, professional and team-oriented attitude.
• Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
