Senior Facilities Executive (M&E, up to $6k, Project management)

Roles & Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

Be part of a reputable organization to take charge of project delivery and facilities management as a Senior Executive.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 830am to 6pm, Alternate Saturdays: 830am to 1230pm (possible to be full day as well)

The Job:

• Coordinate renovation, A&A, upgrading, and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and site progress.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective works.
• Manage building services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, lifts, and other M&E systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors, evaluate quotations, and verify completed works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety, and WSH requirements.
• Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues, fit-out works, and service requests.
• Maintain project documentation, maintenance records, budgets, and operational reports.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
• Strong project coordination, contractor management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
