Roles & Responsibilities

• Position: Visual Merchandising Project Executive - Beauty & Retail
• Location: Eunos
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Up to $4,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established retail and interior solutions company seeking a Visual Merchandising Project Manager to manage brand campaigns and onsite execution.

Responsibilities:

• Execute visual merchandising projects in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Liaise with brand VM teams and local partners on project requirements.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across multiple regions.
• Manage project budgets, permits, manpower and onsite setup.
• Oversee project execution and resolve operational issues.
• Provide daily updates and weekly WIP reports to brands.
• Support the Director with project coordination and related duties.

Requirements:

• Relevant visual merchandising experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of retail and beauty trends.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with retail display tools, technical drawings or layouts.
• Flexible to work beyond regular hours and weekends when required.
• Willing to travel for project execution.
