Air Freight Operations Executive (Key Account Support)
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a well-established international logistics and transportation company with a global presence, providing customized freight and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. They are located in East.
Job Scope
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end shipment process for customers.
- Plan and arrange cargo space, monitor flight uplift status, and follow up on potential delays.
- Liaise with customers, destination offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and service failures.
- Prepare and maintain operational and KPI reports for customers.
Requirements
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics systems such as CW1 or other related systems.
