Guest Service Officer (Up to $2.8k with meal allowance/Shift Duties/5 days rotating/Hospitality)

Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client is looking for Guest Service Officer to join the team in the hospitality industry.

• Support the Residence Manager in providing excellent guest service.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Manage cashiering duties and follow company procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Provide information on residence facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and organised work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to perform shift, including overnight shift
• Position is on 5 days (including weekends/PH-depending on roster)
• Great interpersonal skills, courteous and good communication skills
