Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive

A dance education institution in Singapore with 16 outlets islandwide. The academy offers structured dance training in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, K-Pop and other dance genres for students from young children to professional level. The academy focuses on both dance training and personal development, helping students build discipline, confidence and performance skills.

• Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,500 basic

• Benefits: AWS + Medical Benefits

• Working Hours: 5, 5.5 or 6 days per week, capped at 44 hours/week

• Location: Islandwide – 16 outlets

• Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from parents, students and the public.

• Handle daily administration for teachers and students.

• Prepare invoices and assist with payment matters.

• Coordinate class schedules, arrangements and teacher assignments.

• Maintain student records, term reports and other administrative documents.

• Manage inventory and stock records for dancewear and academy supplies.

• Handle new student enrolments and class registrations.

• Promote and assist with the sales of dance courses, programmes and dancewear.

• Support the smooth running of daily academy operations.

• Handle other administrative and operational duties when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of administration, customer service or retail experience preferred.

• Candidates with a dance or performing arts background will have an advantage.

• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
