Tribecar is a 100% Singaporean on-demand car-sharing service with over 1000 convenient locations. Members access cars via smartphone 24/7 with no minimum booking length. We design, build, and maintain every element of the service ourselves.

Job Summary

You will investigate vehicle damages reported by customers, assess repair costs, manage accident reports, and support vehicle recovery efforts to maintain the quality and safety of Tribecar’s fleet.

Responsibilities

· Communicate with customers via outbound calls, emails, or onsite visits to investigate vehicle damage reports

· Identify damages and assess repair costs accurately

· Manage and follow up on accident reports to ensure timely resolution

· Assist with vehicle recovery operations when required

· Support supervisors by performing additional assigned tasks to maintain fleet quality

· Contribute to maintaining the community’s access to well-maintained vehicles through diligent enforcement and follow-up

Requirements:

· Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
Keen eye for details to spot fraud

· Willingness to enforce justice to ensure fairness in the tight-knit community

· Ability to shown restrain and kindness in extraordinary circumstances

· Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc

· Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous

Preferred competencies and qualifications

· Experience in enforcement, collections, or related fields is a strong advantage

· Possession of Class 3 or Class 2B (and above) driving license is advantageous
