About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to manage the end-to-end handling of high-value semiconductor components. This hands-on role combines cleanroom operations, parts handling, inventory control, repair tracking and logistics coordination.
You will be responsible for handling fragile and high-value components with a high level of precision while ensuring accurate inventory records and strict compliance with cleanroom and safety procedures.
🧪 Your Responsibilities
Cleanroom & Equipment Operations
- Safely handle, inspect and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components
- Operate Polyflow automated washing machines according to established SOPs
- Ensure cleaning and handling processes meet required quality and safety standards
- Follow strict cleanroom procedures when handling sensitive semiconductor components
Inventory & Logistics
- Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation
- Perform accurate inventory checks and ensure proper identification of components
- Kit and issue parts to engineering teams according to requirements
- Maintain proper physical control of high-value and sensitive components
Repair & RMA Tracking
- Coordinate outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair
- Create and manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
- Track repair status and turnaround times
- Follow up with external vendors to ensure timely return of repaired parts
Inventory System & Data Management
- Update ERP / WMS systems promptly for stock movements, repairs and scrap
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and component status
- Ensure digital records are complete, accurate and up to date
- Support inventory reconciliation and reporting activities
Safety & Compliance
- Strictly follow Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols
- Comply with chemical handling and safety requirements
- Wear appropriate PPE and cleanroom attire
- Follow all relevant SOPs and workplace safety procedures
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to handle fragile and high-value components carefully
- Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems
- Comfortable wearing cleanroom suits / bunny suits
💰 Job Highlights
- $2,700 – $3,100 Basic + OT + Performance Bonus

📍 Work Location & Schedule
First 2 Weeks – Training / Office
- 📍 18 Tampines Industrial Crescent
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
After Deployment – Customer Site
- 📍 Woodlands
- Swing shift schedule
- Tuesday – Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- OR Sunday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
