Assistant Outlet Manager (Operations) - 5 days workweek!

Roles & Responsibilities

Our esteemed client in the Medical Aesthetic industry is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager (Operations) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Assistant Outlet Manager (Operations)
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily outlet operations and ensure service, housekeeping and operational standards are maintained.
• Coordinate staff rostering, leave administration and operational assessments.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and record accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and contractors on operational matters, promotions and projects.
• Oversee facilities, equipment and IT-related matters, including maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure licenses, permits and compliance requirements are properly maintained.
• Support audits, prepare operational reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Assist with adhoc projects and duties assigned by management.
  

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in operations, outlet management or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with operational systems.
• Willing to travel between outlets when required.
