Temp Bank Branch Staff at Central/West Area, up to $15/hr

Roles & Responsibilities

Description:

• Greet customers in a welcoming manner, always maintain a professional and customer-centric approach
• Proactively engage customers to promote bank account and debit card and sharing of product knowledge
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets
• Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions
• Provide clear and friendly assistance on products, promotions, features, and benefits
• Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when needed
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding
• Maintain basic housekeeping

Period: 3 months

Location: Central and West

Salary: up to $15/hr

Working Hours:

• Central: 11am to 7pm
• West: 9am to 4:30pm
• 3-4 days per week on a shift basis between Monday and Sunday (including weekends)
• Adhoc roadshow timing to be advised
• Rest days will be scheduled by the supervisor
• Working schedule and timings may be subject to changes based on operational requirements
  

Requirements:

• Minimum A level/Diploma /undergrad are welcome
• Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident, and sales-driven personality
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Customer service experience or sales experience is an advantage
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment
