Laundry Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the laundry facility to ensure smooth, efficient and timely operations.

• Maintain and implement appropriate company policies, procedures and operational controls.

• Supervise and coordinate the Operations team to ensure productivity, service quality and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor daily workflow, manpower deployment and operational requirements.

• Work closely with the Operations team and other departments to resolve operational issues and support business needs.

• Ensure proper handling, processing and delivery of laundry according to established procedures and quality standards.

• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Provide guidance, supervision and support to team members.

• Perform any other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements & Qualities

• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to excellence.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

• Able to work independently and handle operational responsibilities effectively.

• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the laundry industry.

• Able to work night shifts and split shifts.

• Able to work on Public Holidays when required.

• Willing to work additional hours when operational requirements arise.

• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
