Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the reliable backbone of the executive team — managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments with precision
- Produce and distribute polished business documents, reports, and presentations that reflect the professionalism of the organisation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a calm, professional presence — ensuring every enquiry reaches the right person
- Keep the organisation's filing systems impeccable so that important documents, records, and materials are always easy to locate
- Collect, organise, and analyse data that fuels smarter reporting and more confident management decision-making
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal reports that teams across the organisation rely on every single day
- Safeguard the integrity of company data through regular updates, diligent verification, and a strong eye for accuracy
- Step in as a dependable coordinator on projects and stakeholder requests — ensuring timely delivery and consistently high standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Well-organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
