Job Summary

Join as a Freelance Executive Search Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment, drive business development, and manage client and candidate relationships with flexibility and high earning potential in a 100% remote, commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect, pitch, and secure new client accounts to build and scale your own corporate client portfolio across any industry of your choice.
• Full-Cycle 360 Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from end to end, including client brief intake, talent sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Client & Candidate Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients while providing exceptional guidance and career management to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Data & Compliance Governance: Strictly adhere to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations, ensuring all candidate data and CVs are handled, stored, and processed securely with explicit candidate consent.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience: Recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is strongly preferred.
• Mindset: Possesses a true entrepreneurial mindset, high drive, resilience, and a passion for sales and executive search.
• Skills: Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Compliance Awareness: Sound understanding of local employment practices and the Singapore PDPA law regarding candidate data privacy and consent management.
