Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We're looking for a Personal Assistant who does more than manage a calendar — someone with real presence. This role calls for a big personality: warm, witty, stylish, and unafraid to command a room. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and the person who can step to the front of a meeting and own it.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and day-to-day logistics
- Host and run meetings — set the agenda, welcome attendees, keep discussion on track, and close with clear next steps
- Represent the principal in calls and meetings when they're unavailable, speaking with confidence and polish
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff, often as the friendly "face" of the office
- Handle correspondence (email, calls, messages) with tact and personality
- Plan events, dinners, and gatherings with flair and attention to detail
- Anticipate needs before they're voiced — a great PA is always two steps ahead
Who You Are
- Flamboyant and expressive — you bring energy, color, and charisma into every room without losing professionalism
- A natural host: comfortable commanding attention, moderating discussion, and keeping a group engaged
- Impeccably organized underneath the sparkle — style backed by real substance
- A confident, articulate communicator, both written and verbal
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive or confidential information
- Adaptable, quick on your feet, and unbothered by last-minute changes
