💰 Basic Salary: Up to $8,000
💎 Total Package: Attractive allowances +Commission + Performance
🕐 Working Hours: Retail hours / rostered schedule
🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in a luxury retail environment
- Supervise and support the customer service team in maintaining high service standards
- Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally and tactfully
- Manage complex service situations and provide effective service recovery
- Lead by example in professional grooming, communication, and customer engagement
- Coach and guide team members to continuously improve service quality
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
💼 What We're Looking For
- Around 8–10 years of relevant customer service, premium hospitality or cabin crew experience
- Prior team-leading, supervisory or senior service experience preferred
- Strong experience in complaint management and service recovery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Professional presentation with strong service etiquette
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a customer-facing team
- Candidates will be assessed based on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role
