AUDIT ASSOCIATE

Roles & Responsibilities

To operate in a structured work environment

· Undertakes specific stages of audit work under supervision by the Audit Senior

· Begins to appreciate the underlying principles behind the tasks assigned as part of the audit plan

· Obtain audit evidence to corroborate information

· Perform quality audit in compliance with professional standards.

· Able to make adjustments to the application of skills to improve the work tasks or solve non-complex issues

· Able to build relationships, work in a team and identify ethical issues with reference to the code of professional conduct and ethics

· Able to select and apply from a range of known solutions to familiar problems and takes responsibility for own learning and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent

· Minimum 1 year of experience. Entry level is welcome to apply.

· Execute assigned audit tasksunder supervision

· Good communication and writing skills

· Able to communicate well with people of all Levels

· Able to work independently and handle stress under tight deadlines with commitment

· Good command in English

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Act in accordance with applicable professional standards

· Knowledge of Case Ware Audit Software will be an added advantage.
