The Floor Gallery provides premium eco-friendly flooring solutions to both B2B & B2C clients. We are a close-knitted team that believe in working smart and pushing the boundaries of creative selling. We are looking for that individual who can be as driven and passionate as we are on our brand.

Job Summary

You will engage customers across multiple channels, proactively pursue B2B opportunities, manage client relationships through project completion, collaborate with the team, and oversee site operations to ensure smooth project delivery. You should be results-driven and able to creatively engage with customers to find out what they need, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process and execution of jobs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers effectively across walk-ins, phone calls, and messages to understand and address their flooring needs
• Proactively initiate cold calls and identify new B2B sales opportunities to expand the client base
• Convert customer conversations into tailored flooring solutions that lead to successful sales
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive work environment
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve any issues to ensure smooth operations
• Perform hands-on tasks on-site, including working outdoors under various conditions to support project execution

Qualifications and Skills

• Independentteam player with the drive to succeed
• Committed and willing to learn
• Able to work irregular hours
• Minimum GCE 'N' level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Words,Excel, etc)
• Class 3 driving license is a plus

Benefits

Basic Salary with commission and performance bonus

Working hours

10am to 7pm

Alternate 5-day & 6-day work week (ie. 1 day off on the first week, 2 days off the second week.)
