Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 (commensurate with experience)

We are a Japanese cuisine restaurant at Punggol Coast Mallseeking a dedicated Sushi Chef to join our back-of-house team. We arenot just looking for staff; we are looking for craftspeople who take pride inthe details others overlook. ROLE OPEN:

• Sushi Chef (Min 3 years relevant experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience in sushi, sashimi, temaki, makimono cutting, and preparation.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Understanding of cooking as both a craft and a science.
• Note: Only Singaporeans and PRs will be considered for this role.
