L&D Assistant Manager (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Management System (LMS) Planning & Execution
Learning Strategy & Administration
Implement and support the implementation and continuous enhancement of LMS platform.
Develop and coordinate LMS content uploads, learner enrolment, assessments, certifications, and reporting. Some modules but not limited to:
Human Resources (Code of Conduct, Anti-Harassment, Performance Management, Leave Policies, Employee Handbook, PDPA)
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Training
Food Safety and Nutrition Programmes
Information Technology & Cybersecurity Awareness
Compliance and Governance Training
Leadership and Management Development Programmes
New Hire Orientation Programmes
Operational Excellence Programmes
Monitor employee learning completion rates and drive timely completion through communications and stakeholder engagement.
Generate training analytics and dashboards for management reporting.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of learning records for audit and compliance purposes.
Partner with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot system issues and enhance user experience.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline learning administration processes.
Support and adhoc learning/ HR related projects.
2. Video Learning Creation & Production
Lead the conversion of learning content into engaging video formats.
Storyboarding and scriptwriting for learning videos.
Producing employee induction videos.
Developing compliance and mandatory training videos.
Supporting manager capability and leadership learning videos.
Coordinating video recording sessions with SMEs.
Editing learning videos using digital learning tools.
Embedding videos within LMS learning pathways.
Ensuring learning materials remain mobile-friendly and accessible.
3. Concierge Training Programme & Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Development
Concierge Academy Support
Support the development and implementation of the Concierge Training framework.
Partner with operational leaders and training SMEs to build capability pathways.
Develop training curriculum, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, and certification mechanisms.
Assist in establishing training standards and competency frameworks.
Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programmes to certify operational trainers.
Monitor program effectiveness and participant feedback.
Recommend continuous improvements to programme delivery.
4. Employee Engagement Survey Support
Engagement Programme Management
Should the engagement survey be launched, responsibilities include:
Support survey planning, launch, communications, and project administration.
Coordinate employee awareness campaigns.
Compile and analyse engagement survey findings.
Prepare leadership presentations and recommendations.
Facilitate engagement workshops and action planning sessions.
Track action plans and progress updates.
Support initiatives that improve employee experience and organisational culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Education, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Learning & Development, Training, Capability Development, or Organisational Development experience.
Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience in instructional design and digital content development.
Experience creating video-based learning content.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions.
Experience in hospitality, facilities management, food services, healthcare, or service industries will be advantageous.
