Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the store and coffeeshop outlet.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Plan and ensure adequate manpower, stock and operational supplies.
• Uphold cleanliness, service quality and overall outlet operational standards.
• Coordinate with coffeeshop stall tenants and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Manage, supervise and guide front‑line shop staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and arrange work shifts for team members.
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Conduct purchasing and replenishment of goods and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and implement measures to control material wastage.
• Develop and propose new menu items and promotional activities.
• Liaise with tenants, suppliers and external contractors.
• Co‑ordinate outlet maintenance works and attend to other daily operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial working experience in F&B, coffeeshop or retail outlet operations.
• Proven team‑leadership skills to manage front‑line staff and resolve on‑site operational challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, stall tenants and suppliers.
• Able to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends and public holidays to meet business demands.
• Hands‑on experience in manpower rostering, inventory control and sales performance monitoring.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and problem‑solving within a fast‑paced operating environment.
• Practical commercial acumen for menu development and executing in‑store promotional initiatives.
