Service Crew (Night Shift) | Bugis+ | Up to $2,600 + AWS

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a dining and bar outlet located at Bugis+, is seeking 2 full-time Service Crew to support its dinner service, bar operations and celebrations/events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive dinner and bar service, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails and core beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain basic knowledge of the menu and beverages to provide suitable recommendations.
• Recommend after-dinner options, additional drinks and event orders while respecting guests’ decisions.
• Maintain lighting, music, table settings, bar areas, floral displays, and common and outdoor areas.
• Conduct stock counts for liquor, beverages and consumables; assist with receiving and first-in, first-out stock rotation.
• Report low stock, stock discrepancies and bottle discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with birthday and celebration table setups, cake areas, welcome signs and simple decorations.
• Execute event briefs and additional on-site orders accurately.
• Handle POS transactions, reservations, telephone and WhatsApp enquiries, deposits and shift handovers.
• Complete closing duties, including beverage checks, POS/cash reconciliation, table clearing, Lost & Found and nightly safety checks.

Requirements

• Relevant F&B, bar or customer-service experience is an advantage; training can be provided.
• Comfortable preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Service-oriented, reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Available to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Location and Hours

• Bugis+
• Permanent night shift: 6:00pm–3:00am or 6:30pm–3:30am, ending the following day.
• 1 rest day per week, arranged by roster.
