We are hiring Contract-to-Perm Accounts Receivable Executive to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support the company in optimising financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.

* Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection candidates.

* Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts.

* Assist in streamlining the Accounts Receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement.

* Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and comply with national and local financial requirements.

* Handle Accounts Receivable matters for Active Ageing Centres located in Yishun.

* Visit the Active Ageing Centres when required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree qualification.

Relevant Accounts Receivable / accounting experience would be advantageous.

Able to commence work ASAP.

Comfortable working in a nursing home environment, with the office located beside the wards.

Comfortable travelling to Centres in Yishun when required.

Working arrangement: 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home.

Able to commit to contract duration: 3 months, with possibility of conversion to permanent.
