Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and professional Beauty & FOOT Massage Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional FOOT massage and relaxation treatments to customers.
• Perform facial treatments and basic beauty services according to customers' needs.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments and services.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and treatment room preparation.
• Ensure customers receive professional and high-quality service at all times.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer appointments and follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain and properly use massage, facial and beauty equipment.
• Follow all company procedures, hygiene standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in massage, beauty, spa or related services.
• Experienced in foot massage and facial treatments.
• Relevant massage, beauty or spa certification will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of basic beauty treatments and skincare.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional, responsible and customer-service oriented.
• Good personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in both foot massage and beauty treatments will be preferred.
• Candidates must possess relevant hands-on experience in both massage therapy and beauty/facial treatments. Relevant professional certification will be an advantage
