Join our dynamic Research Department as an Operations Executive and be a key driver in managing, developing, and supporting our fieldwork team to deliver quality market research insights.

What You’ll Do:

As an Operations Executive, you will:

· Train new fieldwork team members to follow SOPs and deliver quality data collection.

· Deploy field team members to projects and locations based on business needs.

· Monitor and analyse field team KPIs to ensure timely project completion and high performance.

· Coach team members to help them develop strengths, improve weaknesses, and stay engaged.

· Ensure Quality by maintaining consistency and adherence to data collection standards and processes.

· Qualified: Minimum Diploma required.

· Experienced: Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.

· Skilled in:

- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc

- People management: coaching, motivating, training others

- Communication: Speak and write clearly and confidently in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil to effectively communicate with Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil-speaking clients.
