Roles & Responsibilities

📍Location: Clementi
⏱️Working Hours: 12 hours per week (on weekdays)
💰Pay: $40–$60 per hour

Job Description

We’re hiring 3 Locum Pharmacists to join a healthcare logistics warehouse team! This is a great opportunity for pharmacists interested in a non-patient-facing role focused on inventory, storage and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and fulfilment of inbound and outbound Controlled Drugs, including required documentation

• Support Controlled Drugs inventory management, including replenishment, cycle counts, stock-takes, quarantine and disposal

• Support Medication Home Delivery Services, including inbound, fulfilment, outbound and inventory management

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all relevant pharmacy and inventory records

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council

• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and currently in active practice

• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions, for basic inventory management

• Training on the Warehouse Management System will be provided!
