About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and versatile Barista & Bartender to manage our combined beverage bar at our brand new bistro. You will be the face of our beverage program, pulling high-quality specialty espresso drinks by day and crafting signature cocktails by night.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Espresso & Coffee Service: Calibrate grinder daily, dial in espresso shots, milk steaming, and present clean latte art for day service.
• Beverage Preparation: Craft cocktails, Asian-infused teas/mocktails, and pour wine, beer and other beverages
• Bar Management: Maintain bar cleanliness, clean espresso machine and other equipment daily, manage bar inventory.
• Customer Service: Attend to guests seated around the bar area, take orders, and provide tailored drink recommendations. Provide assistance to other service crew when necessary.

Prerequisites & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of barista and bartending experience in a café, bistro, or casual dining establishment.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of specialty coffee extraction, latte art skills, basic mixology/shaking techniques.
• Certifications: Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety Certification.
• Attributes: Warm and friendly personality, well-organised, clean working habits, passionate about coffee and beverage trends.

• Expected start date: early Nov 2026
• Working days: Wednesday - Sunday (5 full days)
