Customer Service Executive/ Sales Support (west area)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in quotation preparation, follow-up, sales orders and customer POs.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, payments and outstanding matters.
• Prepare sales reports, quotation summaries and other sales-related documentation.
• Liaise with customers to build rapport, gather feedback and provide customer support.
• Assist with customer visits, marketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Handle credit control and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc sales and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration, Office Administration or related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination or Customer Services
